A booking is considered confirmed only when:

The Mayan Jungle Tour is a tourist experience that includes:
- Welcome and check-in.
- Traditional Mayan ceremony.
- Pre-Hispanic show.
- Speedboat ride through Nichupté Lagoon.
- Arrival at the reef area.
- Snorkeling activity (subject to sea conditions).
- Return to Puerto Maya.
- Photo experience.
- Traditional Mayan snack and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Rates and non-included services
Published rates for the Mayan Jungle Tour include access to the tourist experience. The Dock Fee is not included and is required to use the dock or port; it must be paid in person at the ticket booth upon arrival at the tour location.
Current international rates
- Adult: USD $69.
- Child: USD $49.
Rates include
- Access to the Mayan Jungle Tour.
- All services described in section III.
Dock Fee
The Dock Fee is a required operating charge to use the dock or port and is not included in the tour rate.
This charge covers concepts related to:
- Use of maritime facilities.
- Use of the dock.
- Conservation and maintenance of infrastructure.
- Maritime access operation and logistics.
- Wristband or protected-area access where applicable.
- Administrative expenses associated with the booking.
The Dock Fee costs USD $20 per person for international visitors and must be paid in person at the ticket booth upon arrival at the tour location.
Optional services not included
- Transportation.
- Photos and videos.
- Towels.
- Lockers.
- Tips.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be made through Puerto Maya Cancun's official channels.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time
- The guest may cancel the booking without additional charges.
- The guest is entitled to a full refund of the purchased tour rate.
- The required USD $20 Dock Fee per international visitor is paid separately upon arrival at the tour location.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity
- No refunds apply.
- One date change is allowed.

No Show
A No Show occurs when the guest does not arrive on the reserved date and time.
Bookings considered No Show:
- Are non-refundable.
- May be transferred one time only.
- Do not generate credit for future visits.

Date changes
Date changes may be requested up to 24 hours before the activity.
All changes are subject to:
- Operational availability.
- Tour capacity.
- Weather conditions.
If there is a fare difference, it must be covered by the guest.

Weather conditions and tour operation
The safety of our guests is a priority. When weather or sea conditions, or instructions from the Harbor Master's Office, prevent the snorkeling activity, that activity will be suspended.
In these cases:
- The tour will not be canceled.
- The experience will continue operating.
- Participants will enjoy an extended ride through Nichupté Lagoon.
- Natural channels, flora, and fauna of the region will be explored.

Participation requirements
Minimum age
6 years old, with an adult accompanying any minor at all times.
Maximum age
65 years old.
Not allowed to participate
- Pregnant women.
- People with severe back problems.
- People whose medical condition represents a risk to their own safety or that of others.
The boats operate at high speeds. Participation implies acceptance of the inherent risks of water and recreational activities.
Boat assignments are subject to operational availability. The Operator reserves the right to split larger groups across multiple boats or assign an alternative departure time when necessary to ensure compliance with safety requirements and operational capacity.

Guest responsibility
Every participant must:
- Follow staff instructions.
- Use safety equipment correctly.
- Maintain responsible behavior during the activity.
Puerto Maya Cancun may deny access or remove from the tour anyone who:
- Is under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
- Displays dangerous behavior.
- Fails to comply with established safety measures.

Proof of payment
The receipt issued by Puerto Maya Cancun is the official proof of purchase.
The guest must keep it and present it in digital or printed format when requested.

Payment methods
Payments may be processed through platforms authorized by Puerto Maya Cancun, including certified payment processors.
Puerto Maya Cancun does not store complete credit card information.

Limitation of liability
Puerto Maya Cancun will not be responsible for:
- Transportation, lodging, or services contracted with third parties.
- Losses resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond the company's control.
- Personal belongings lost during the visit.
- Situations caused by natural phenomena, government provisions, or force majeure events.

Puerto Maya Cancun may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary for operational, commercial, or legal reasons.
